Psychedelic Integration Therapy in Buffalo & Online Throughout New York State
Grounded, trauma-informed support for integrating psychedelic and non-ordinary experiences
Psychedelic integration therapy offers a supportive space to process, understand, and make meaning of experiences that may feel emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, or existentially significant.
While psychedelic and expanded states can sometimes open profound insight, emotion, connection, or healing, they can also bring confusion, vulnerability, grief, fear, overwhelm, or difficulty integrating what emerged afterward into everyday life. Integration is not about chasing another experience, but about developing a deeper relationship with what was revealed and how it relates to your life moving forward.
I offer trauma-informed psychedelic integration therapy for adults in Buffalo, NY and online throughout New York State, including clients located in New York City, Brooklyn, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, and surrounding areas.
My approach is grounded, relational, nonjudgmental, and informed by training in trauma therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), nervous system awareness, and psychedelic integration work. I aim to create a space where clients can explore these experiences thoughtfully and safely, without pathologizing or sensationalizing them.
Integration May Support Individuals Who Are:
Processing a recent psychedelic experience
Exploring emotional or spiritual material that surfaced during expanded states
Seeking support after difficult or overwhelming psychedelic experiences
Navigating questions around identity, meaning, grief, purpose, or existential change
Integrating experiences with ketamine, psilocybin, MDMA, or 5-MeO-DMT, etc.
Looking to bridge insight into sustainable daily life changes
Wanting grounded therapeutic support without stigma or judgment
A Grounded & Trauma-Informed Approach
I believe experiences involving expanded states of consciousness deserve care, nuance, and thoughtful integration. While these experiences can sometimes feel deeply meaningful, integration work also benefits from remaining grounded in emotional safety, nervous system awareness, relational support, and practical embodiment.
Our work together may include:
emotional processing
nervous system regulation
meaning-making
parts work/Internal Family Systems (IFS)
trauma-informed psychotherapy
mindfulness and somatic awareness
relational exploration
integration of insights into daily life
Whether your experience felt healing, confusing, destabilizing, awe-inspiring, or difficult to fully understand, therapy can create space to approach it with curiosity, compassion, and discernment.
Important Clarification
Psychedelic integration therapy does not involve the provision, recommendation, sourcing, or administration of illegal substances. This work is intended to support individuals in processing and integrating experiences within a legal, ethical, and psychotherapeutic framework.
