About Jenna Witkowski, LCSW

Trauma Therapist, EMDR & IFS Practitioner, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Provider, & Psychedelic Integration Therapist in Buffalo, NY

Hi, I’m Jenna, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trauma therapist, psychedelic integration therapist, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) practitioner based in Buffalo, New York.

My work integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic and nervous system approaches, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration therapy. I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the deeper emotional and existential questions that can emerge throughout the healing process.

I believe healing is not about “fixing” what is broken, but about developing a deeper relationship with yourself, your nervous system, your emotions, your history, and the parts of you that adapted in order to survive.

My approach is grounded, relational, compassionate, and integrative. While my work is informed by evidence-based clinical modalities, I also honor the emotional, existential, and spiritual dimensions of healing that many clients naturally encounter through therapy, expanded states work, grief, trauma recovery, or major life transitions.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, understood, and emotionally safe within our work together. I strive to create a therapeutic space that balances warmth, honesty, collaboration, curiosity, and clinical depth.

I believe in your ability to alchemize your darkest times, pain, & parts into light.
