About Jenna

I’m Jenna Witkowski, LCSW-R, a psychotherapist based in Buffalo, New York, with more than 17 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach is trauma-informed, experiential, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change often involves more than simply understanding why we feel the way we do. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and nervous-system-informed therapy, and attachment-based approaches to help people develop a deeper relationship with themselves and create lasting change.

I have specialized training and experience in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic preparation, and psychedelic integration. I’m particularly interested in the ways altered states, embodied experiences, and expanded perspectives can support healing when paired with thoughtful preparation and integration.

My practice serves adults in Buffalo and Western New York, with telehealth psychotherapy available throughout New York State.
