Individual Psychotherapy
A space to understand, heal, and move through
Therapy can be a place to make sense of what has happened to you, understand the patterns you’ve developed along the way, and create new ways of relating to yourself and your life.
I work with adults navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship and attachment patterns, major life transitions, and periods of uncertainty or feeling stuck. My approach is collaborative, experiential, and trauma-informed, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and nervous-system-informed therapy, and attachment-based approaches.
Our work may involve talking and reflection, but it can also include noticing what is happening in the body, working with different parts of yourself, processing experiences that continue to feel unresolved, and developing greater capacity to stay present with difficult emotions and experiences.
There is no single way therapy needs to look. Together, we can determine what kind of work — and what pace — makes sense for you.
Fees & Session Options
Therapy doesn’t always fit neatly into a traditional 50-minute hour. I offer several session lengths depending on the type and depth of work we’re doing.
60-Minute Initial Intake Session — $225
A dedicated first session to explore what brings you to therapy, your history and goals, and what approach to our work may best support you.
60-Minute Individual Psychotherapy — $200
My standard psychotherapy session, available in person in Buffalo or via telehealth throughout New York State.
90-Minute Extended Psychotherapy — $300
Extended sessions provide additional time for deeper experiential work, including EMDR, IFS, somatic work, grief processing, or other sessions where more space may be helpful.
Therapy Intensives
Half-day and full-day therapy intensives are available for clients who would benefit from concentrated time focused on a particular experience, pattern, transition, or therapeutic goal.
Half-day and full-day intensive pricing is available upon request.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Beginning January 1, 2027, my practice will operate on an out-of-network/private-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of service.
I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to submit sessions to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by insurance plan, and I encourage clients to contact their insurer directly to learn about their out-of-network mental health benefits.
