About Jenna
I’m Jenna Witkowski, LCSW-R, a psychotherapist based in Buffalo, New York, with more than 17 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is trauma-informed, experiential, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change often involves more than simply understanding why we feel the way we do. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and nervous-system-informed therapy, and attachment-based approaches to help people develop a deeper relationship with themselves and create lasting change.
I have specialized training and experience in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic preparation, and psychedelic integration through Fluence and MAPS. I’m particularly interested in the ways altered states, embodied experiences, and expanded perspectives can support healing when paired with thoughtful preparation and integration.
I have a special interest in existential and end-of-life work and have served as an end-of-life doula and am a former volunteer at Hospice Buffalo and regularly hold death cafes in the local community.
I am also part of the Roswell Park Psychedelic Science Initiative and am serving as an external collaborator and research monitor on emerging psychedelic medicine studies within the organization.
I am an avid world traveler, outdoor enthusiast, and believe in the healing properties of an aligned mind, body and spirit which includes my own participation in therapy, caring for my body through food and exercise, adequate rest, creativity, joy, and connection with my loved ones and community.
My practice serves adults in Buffalo and Western New York, with telehealth psychotherapy available throughout New York State.
