Hi, I’m Jenna, and I’m a trauma therapist, integration companion, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) practitioner.

My approach blends science, soul, and a deep respect for the human spirit. I work holistically — honoring the body, mind, and psyche — and draw from years of experience in trauma work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic practices, and expanded states of consciousness. I’ve walked alongside clients navigating everything from childhood trauma to spiritual emergencies, and I believe that healing doesn’t mean fixing what’s broken — it means reconnecting with what was never lost.

I’m also a lifelong seeker. My personal and professional paths have taken me deep into the worlds of altered states, integrative healing, and the quiet wisdom of the nervous system. I’m not here to analyze you from a distance — I’m here to walk with you, as a fellow human, with honesty, compassion, and reverence for your process.

Clients often tell me they feel seen in our work — sometimes for the first time. If you’re longing for depth, connection, and healing that touches the roots, I’m here to help you explore what’s possible.

I believe in your ability to alchemize your darkest times, pain, & parts into light.
